05 — FAQ
Questions
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and the content and code are yours from launch day. You can take them anywhere, with or without us.
Your text, photos and logo, plus a clear answer when we ask for feedback. If you don’t have copy yet, we’ll help you shape it from a short conversation. Most delays come from waiting on content, so getting it to us early keeps the timeline honest.
About 2 weeks for Launch, about 4 weeks for Studio and 6 to 8 weeks for Signature. The clock starts once we have your deposit and your content. We give you a date up front and tell you straight away if anything moves it.
They are fine if you want to build it yourself from a template. We write every site by hand, so it loads fast, looks like nobody else’s and has no monthly builder fee. You also get the actual code, not an account you can’t move.
On Studio and Signature, yes: you get a content editor for changing text, and we show you how to use it at launch. Launch has no editor, so changes go through us, and Care includes up to 30 minutes of edits a month.
You leave. Cancel Care any time and we hand over the code, content and domain access, with notes on how to host it elsewhere. There is no exit fee and no contract to wait out.
Small shops, yes. We connect a handful of products through Shopify or Stripe payment links. For larger stores with big catalogues, stock and shipping rules, we’ll refer you to a team that only does e-commerce.
Care is $20 a month for hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, security updates, backups and up to 30 minutes of edits a month. Care+ is $60 a month and adds up to 2 hours of edits plus a quarterly check-in and speed report. New pages or redesigns are quoted separately.
